Short version: the receipt is made on your device. We only store a copy if you ask for a shareable link.

What happens on your device

Everything you type is kept in your browser's local storage so you can carry on where you left off. Your own name and address are remembered for next time. Nothing is sent anywhere while you fill the receipt in. Clearing your browser data removes it.

If you choose "Get a link"

One copy of the finished receipt, including both signatures, is stored on our database provider (Supabase, hosted in the EU) under an unguessable address so the buyer can open it. Anyone who has the link can open it, so send it only to the buyer. We do not read receipts, use them for anything, or share them. Old receipts are deleted after two years. If you want one removed sooner, email [email protected] with the link.

What we do not do

No account, no cookies for tracking, no advertising, no selling of data. We use privacy-respecting page analytics that do not identify you.
