This is a private sale between two individuals. The vehicle is sold as seen, tried and tested, without warranty. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to private sales.
The seller confirms they are the registered keeper and legal owner, that there is no outstanding finance or other claim on the vehicle, that it has not been declared an insurance write-off to their knowledge, and that the mileage above is correct to the best of their knowledge.
The buyer confirms they have inspected and test driven the vehicle and accept it in its current condition, and that they will tax and insure it before driving it on the road. Road tax does not transfer with the vehicle.
The seller will notify DVLA of the change of keeper today. The buyer keeps the green new keeper slip (V5C/2) until the new logbook arrives.
